We can accommodate component diameters up to 32MM(1.259) while holding extremely tight tolerances. Our facility is certified to ISO 9001:2015 & AS9100D standard. We have the most advanced, swiss lathe high speed machinery with automatic bar loading and CNC control. From prototype production to high volume runs, we produce components with consistent accuracy at competitive pricing.

Unlike other types of machines, STP machines turn and mill the part by moving the material and tools at the same time. All of our screw machines have secondary capabilities eliminating the need post machining processes
